How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

I didn't receive my verification email.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, go back to the login screen and tap "Resend verification email". If the problem persists, contact us at hello@partyradar.org.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed via the web: go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. If you subscribed via the App Store: go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PartyRadar. If via Google Play: go to Google Play → Subscriptions → PartyRadar → Cancel.

I was charged but don't have access to features.

Pull down to refresh your profile in the app. If that doesn't help, go to Settings and look for "Restore Purchases". Still stuck? Email us at hello@partyradar.org with your order ID.

Can I get a refund?

For subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple/Google respectively. For web purchases, contact us at hello@partyradar.org within 14 days of the charge.

How do I report a user or event?

Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or event and select "Report". Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

I forgot my password.

If you signed up with an email address, tap "Forgot password" on the login screen to reset it. Guest accounts don't have a password — sign up with an email to secure your account.

How does location sharing work?

PartyRadar requests "While Using the App" location permission to show you events nearby. We never share your exact location with other users. You can disable location in your device Settings at any time.

What is the PartyRadar Wallet?

The Wallet lets you store funds (in GBP) to pay for tickets and spend at partner venues contactlessly. Top-ups are processed by Stripe. Your balance is real money and can be withdrawn to your bank (minimum £5).

How does the referral programme work?

Share your unique referral link or code. When someone signs up and makes purchases via PartyRadar, you earn 10% of the platform's revenue from them — for life. Earnings are paid out to your Wallet on request (minimum £5).
