With every note you can catch a little bit of country. In every song you get a cocktail of all of Janky’s musical inspirations: Merle Haggard, David Allen Coe, and Willie Nelson to name a few. Janky is an escape from the norm of what people think country music is. Some say it’s got shades of punk influence. But if you can’t put your finger on how to describe this music, you can at least call it a good time.
