Why the first name of course! And a passion for great songwriting! Join us at Hugh’s Room to celebrate two musical icons. On January 29, 2027, Hugh’s Room Live welcomes Fergus Hambleton and Jason Wilson for The Two Bobs: Songs For The World, an inventive celebration of the music of Bob Dylan and Bob Marley. The evening will put a unique spin on the two legendary songwriters’ repertoires: Dylan’s songs reimagined through reggae and ska, and Marley’s through folk and bluegrass. Though they came from very different worlds, Dylan and Marley shared a deep connection to traditional song and used their music to explore love, politics, social change, and the human experience. Featuring Jason Wilson, Fergus Hambleton, Tim Bovaconti, and special guests Jerry Leger and Drew Jurecka, this promises to be an unforgettable evening of songs, stories, and unexpected musical connections. Friday January 29.
