WIPEOUT : The Slasher at The Red Silence

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

ABOUT THIS EVENT

Are you ready for a bloodbath... and big red balls?!? Inspired by the television series Wipeout, this show will be filled with chaos, props, pranks, and fun! Your competitors of the night are the bully Asia Culate, the stanky Pupart, the over acheiver Lucy Pearl and the short King Shortstack! Come watch as these four try to survive the challenges the host, The Red Silence, and kitten, Mortis X, put them through. With with being the second edition of this show, we thought it would be cute to put a little spin on it, especially since its Friday the 13th, and make it Slasher themed! The challenges will be more violent, messy, and loud.    The first round (set) will be planned challenges. Each performer will have to face their tracks changing, lighting changes, and general bullying. Each will be scored on how well they "dealt" with the challenges and that will determine who get's first choice of weapon in the second round. Last Wipeout, there was a speaker, yoga ball, signs and pool noodle the contestants got to choose from. In the second set, all hell breaks loose. Everyone gets to mess with each other during their performances, using their prop of choice, with a few rules. For the last number, Red Silence will perform, but every contestant can do whatever they want during that number, last time they picked Red up using a pool noodle, and choked them, among other things. This show gets crazy.   LOCATION : Dive Bar, 9692 Jasper Ave, Edmonton AB DOORS: 7:30 SHOW: 8:00  ONLINE : $10 DOOR : $15
